A triple whammy combo of Easter vacation, pneumonia and then the Junos kind of wiped away all my good intentions about regular posts and sharing all the fun links found around the world wiiiiiide web. Now that two of those things are done - and the pneumonia’s under control - I’m baaaaaack. And I have links! Perhaps this weekly post will stick around.

• I don’t see how you could possibly top the original Guys & Dolls movie (I mean, come on, Frank Sinatra and Marlon Brando = perfection) but I’m mostly on board with the rumoured casting for this reboot. (Deadline)
• Movie magic in its most important form: tall Tom Cruise. (College Humor)
• How many more people would tune into the news if there was a hot royal ginger reading it? (Lainey Gossip)
• I’ve put no fewer than five friends through this cycle multiple times. But now they’ve watched stuff like Veronica Mars and FNL, so it’s a win, right? (Buzzfeed)
• Seriously NBC, just PICK UP PARENTHOOD. There are so many Braverman stories to tell still! (Grantland)
• We should all agree that it’s good Baby Goose is taking an acting break. (The Week)
• You’ve probably seen the new Arrested Development posters, but have you watched this outtake? (EW)
• New Girl next week is going to be MAY-JAH. (TV Line)
• The Time 100 Gala is the gift that keeps on going. Jimmy Kimmel wins it all though. (Vulture)
• This is stale and leftover from the MTV movie awards, but somtimes I’m super envious knowing I’ll never get away with the stuff Rosie and Sophia Grace do when interviewing celebs. (Buzzfeed)

Wow, did that weekend go quickly! Perhaps because I spent so much of it trolling the city for spaghetti squashes. With which I had very little luck. Toronto’s got PANDAmonium on the brain as we track the two giant pandas who are flying in for residency at the zoo. (YAY!) And then there’s all of these things to be excited about:

• For all of you who - like me - aren’t following the real NCAA madness, there are many alternatives. There’s Fug Madness, for starters. (Go Fug Yourself)
• Also, it appears Bill Cosby’s running his own madness. Vote for your favourite sweater stat! (Bill Cosby)
• Have you watched an adorable young JGL on Jeopardy! yet? (Jezebel)
• For all of you devastated by RyGos taking a break from acting, there are people here for you. (The Sun)
• Dax Shepard was never my favourite until I was blown away by him on Parenthood (and his Kristen Bell sloth video cameo). And now this. (Don’t Try - Dax’s Tumblr)
• Canada’s getting its own version of The View. Except all the women are young and hot. And there’s no one who’s even remotely close to Elisabeth Hasselbeck. Phew. (CTV/Bell Media)
• Sergio Garcia (who I really did have a crush on that first summer he was rising quickly in the ranks (you know - that 1999 PGA Championship where he gave Tiger a run for his money?) gave the people a show with an awesome one-handed shot FROM UP A TREE. Be still my swooning heart. (Golf Digest)
• If Stephen Colbert takes over for Letterman, what will become of my beloved Craig Ferguson!? (THR)
